Prof. Peter I. De Costa is a distinguished scholar in the field of applied linguistics and currently serves as a Professor of Applied Linguistics at Michigan State University, United States. He is internationally recognized for his research contributions to second language acquisition, language education, TESOL, and critical applied linguistics.
