Biography

Dr. Jonathan Brindle is the Director of the International Relations Office (Pôle des Relations Internationales) at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF), located in Valenciennes, France. With a deep commitment to fostering global academic partnerships, Dr. Brindle has played a key role in advancing UPHF’s international collaborations, notably through the Erasmus+ program and the European Universities Initiative, particularly the EUNICE alliance.

Dr. Brindle’s expertise in international relations has been instrumental in developing UPHF’s student mobility programs and expanding interinstitutional agreements. He actively facilitates the exchange of students and staff, ensuring seamless integration across international educational landscapes. His leadership extends to UPHF’s strategic engagements with global partners, including recent visits to the University of Victoria in Canada and Strathmore University in Kenya, where he strengthened existing partnerships and explored new opportunities for academic exchanges and double degree programs.
